My fourth OC, representing Glitter Spark.
She has the capacity to blink anywhere faster than an ordinary teleportation ones. And also, she's an electric-type HexTech Hybrid Pony, which means that she can manipulate electricity at all costs, due to her mane and tail pattern and style.
P.S: I created her for 5 days, and I hardly find her color palette of her mane and tail, plus her mane and tail style*

Electro-Shockwave - Stuns enemies and disables weapon and defensive systems for 20 seconds.
Disk Shield Spell - Taught by Plasmyr Shot, and a module system. Creates an impenetrable shield to avoid any attacks. Lasts for 10 seconds.
Electric-Grade Laser Blasters - Deals 63% charged damage to the enemy. Grants 2% chance of critical damage of 75% and 7% chance of stunning for 20 seconds.
Tesla Ray - An undiscoverable legendary skill. Inflicts higher damage which it'll destroy everything in one, small spot (a 2 metre radius spot).

*Glitter Spark is one of the most closest neighbors in HexVille. Her electric magic skills can help the neighborhood to power up their houses whenever a blackout occurs in their place. One thing; where did her electric-type magic skills can from? Well, here's the story: 10 years ago, during her fillyhood times, an EMP Storm occurred outskirts of Protonos City, resulting in a massive blackout. Many people, including ponies, tried their best to stop it, until Glitter Spark got struck by an electrical lightning bolt. Instead she died from that lightning bolt, she got shocked and fainted down. 2 years later after the EMP Storm, she changed. From her appearance to her magic skills. That is why her mane and tail patterns are edgy in style, with some curvy patterns which it left after she got struck, and she got a special aura, which its sparkling around her. Plus, she acquired a spell to blink anywhere faster, in a speed of light or lightning, even in far distances.*
